Initphase Pte. Ltd. is the operator of this deployment and the data controller for personal data we process in connection with the MadeAgentic services, except where we process personal data solely on behalf of our customers as a processor.

2. Data We Collect

From you (platform users):

  • Account information (email, company name).
  • Agent configurations and customizations.
  • Usage data and analytics.
  • Payment information (processed by our payment provider).
  • Business information from websites or data sources you provide.

From end users of deployed agents:

  • Conversation content (text messages and voice transcripts).
  • Contact information voluntarily provided during conversations (e.g. email, phone number, name).
  • IP addresses and technical data, for security and abuse prevention.
  • Anonymised and aggregated service data, to improve our platform and services.

3. Legal Basis

We process your data based on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, consent where required, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

  • Contract performance – to provide and operate our services.
  • Legitimate interests – to improve, secure, and support our services.
  • Legal obligations – to comply with applicable laws and regulatory requests.
  • Consent – where specifically requested, for example for optional analytics or marketing.

4. Data Location

Primary data storage: Frankfurt, Germany (EU).
Certain processing operations, such as AI providers, real-time media, analytics, or support access by our team, may involve transfers outside the EU or Singapore. Where this happens, we use safeguards and vendor terms appropriate to the services involved and the laws that apply.

5. Data Sharing

We use carefully selected service providers, including:

  • Database and authentication services (for example Supabase, EU region where possible).
  • Real-time media and connectivity services (for example LiveKit) to deliver voice and conversation features.
  • AI processing services (for example OpenAI, Deepgram or Cartesia) with data protection agreements in place.
  • Analytics and attribution services (for example Datafast).
  • Payment processing (PCI-compliant providers such as Stripe).
  • Infrastructure, logging, and security providers.

We never sell your data to third parties.

6. Your Rights

Depending on the laws that apply to your relationship with us, you may have the right to:

We retain your data for the duration of your account plus 90 days after termination, unless longer retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

  • Regular security assessments.
  • Incident detection and response procedures.
